There are six dimensions of health that we all need to work on in order to be at our best. These include mental, emotional, spiritual, occupational, physical and environmental. You may find it helpful to take a holistic approach where you focus more on your well-being than just one area. This is because when any dimension isn’t working properly then the whole person will suffer as a result. Have you found this true?
