How many calories are in pancakes



If you want to have a delicious breakfast, but don’t want the guilt of eating too many calories, try some pancakes. With about 150-250 calories per serving and less than 10g of fat in each pancake, these morning staples are relatively low calorie for breakfast food. Add syrup or butter on top to increase your nutritional intake with approximately 50-100 more calories from those two toppings combined! Whether you eat them plain or not is up to you – if you’re trying to lose weight there’s no need for added sugar anyway.
