Pets are one of the most rewarding experiences in our life. Through their incredibly kind and innocent ways of being, they give that inner peace we all crave for. You can do what you like the most – going for walks, doing yoga, meditation, etc. If you have many voices in your head that tell you what to do, slowing down will help you listen to yourself. 

So, slowing down is always the first step when you feel clueless or overwhelmed. Having many little hobbies can feel overwhelming at first, but it’s one of the best ways to find what you love most and do what you really want to do. Start doing lots of things – new hobbies, new interests, etc. It’s always better to try something new than to have no options at all.
