Your brain sits inside your skull and is surrounded by fluid. This allows it to move without banging against the inside of your skull. This banging is what causes bleeds on the brain and brain injuries.

This assesses fitness and current mental health. Another test can be completed after the activity to confirm the results are comparable.

Extra Conditioning

If you’re regularly participating in a sport that has a high likelihood of trauma, you should undertake additional exercises to help you strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles. This will help to reduce the impact and potential damage of any trauma to your head. In effect, conditioning your shoulder and neck muscles can help to prevent brain injury. That’s something everyone should be doing.
